How do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button to put it in your Shopping Cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to pay for your item and Checkout. Remember, an item isn’t yours until you pay for it at Checkout.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Our customers are our number one priority. We go to great lengths to protect you and your personal information. Our credit card processing system is secure. We do not sell our customer’s information to anyone.

Will you collect Sales Tax on my order?
NO. We are strictly an Internet retailer and currently not required by law to collect sales tax.

By purchasing any product from us you understand that Best Gun Concealment, LLC does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and under no legal disability.
By purchasing any product from Best Gun Concealment, LLC, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Best Gun Concealment, LLC for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations.

How much will I pay in shipping charges?
The shipping rate for all products is listed directly below the price of each item. In addition to low shipping rates. We ship UPS to the 48 contiguous United States. Our shipping cost includes insurance against any damage caused during delivery.
Do you ship outside the United States?
NO. Currently we do not service these areas due to high shipping costs, fraud, and damage issues.
How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Your order will ship via UPS Ground. We will ship from Little Rock, Arkansas.
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Most orders placed after 10AM EST will be shipped the next business day. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive your order 5 to 7 business days after we ship it. We ship from Little Rock, Arkansas.
After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Please note: if your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We will send you a shipping confirmation email after all packages have shipped.
How will I know my package shipped?
We will email you that your package has shipped the day we put in route to you. Generally speaking, we ship within 24 hours of payment. Please note that we are located in Little Rock, Arkansas so allow for the appropriate delivery time to your area. We will be happy to provide you with a UPS tracking number upon request. Please do not initiate this request until at least 7 days from the date you received your shipment sent notice.
I live in Little Rock, Arkansas. Can I pick up my item?
NO. We do not currently have a local retail location and thus do not have local pick-up. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.
Is my personal information private and secure?
Yes, We want you to have a great time shopping and find something you love for a great value. Your information is safe with us.
How we protect your information.
Best Gun Concealment, LLC is committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow best practice technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of our systems. While no computer system is completely secure, we take every measure implemented by our web site to reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. Our site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using state-of-the-art extended validation secure socket layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. In addition, only those employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access. Finally, our systems use firewalls, anti-virus protection, and vulnerability scanning to unauthorized access to our systems.
Do you accept Returns?
YES. Our number one goal is to make you a happy returning customer! Feel free to return any item that you are not thrilled to own. All return requests must be made within 90 days post item delivery. Before a credit is issued, the item must be returned and received by us. We do not refund shipping costs, or refund the cost of your return shipping. You are responsible for the shipping fees on all returns. If your item is received in brand new condition and has not been used, we will refund 100% of your item cost. Items returned in used condition or with packaging that cannot be resealed are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned items must in original packaging and include all components in good working order. Products not meeting these terms are subject to no refund. The following products types are subject to a 30% restocking fee even if returned in new saleable condition. Unfortunately some buyers purchase these items with the intent of returning them after they gain the usefulness these products provide.

My item was damaged by the shipping carrier, how do I get it replaced?
All shipping damage and breakage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt as claims must be made with carrier. We will act on your behalf with the carrier to expedite your claim and ship you a replacement product.
I received a defective item, how do I get it replaced?
We stand behind each and every product. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us to request a replacement. All replacement requests must be made by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Replacement product cannot be issued until the defective item is returned and received. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the defective item.
I received a defective item that I no longer want, how do I return it for a refund?
If you receive a defective item that you want to return and not have us replace, we will refund you 100% of your item cost. All defective item returns for credit must be made by emailing us at email@example.com Your return credit cannot be issued until the defective item is returned and received. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the defective item.

Products with expiration dates, like pepper spray, have a warranty that is governed by the expiration date. Product must be shipped back to Best Gun Concealment, LLC for repair in original packing. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. We email all customers an invoice and this is sufficient documentation to submit for warranty coverage.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment (covered separately) or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Best Gun Concealment, LLC or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone other than Best Gun Concealment, LLC, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
BEST GUN CONCEALMENT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Batteries, pepper spray and other disposable items with usage expectancy potentially below 3 years are excluded.
